Justin Bartha Net Worth $18 Million
Justin Bartha is a son of Stephen Bartha, a real estate developer and his wife Betty, a school teacher. He spent his childhood in Fort Lauderdale, until his parents moved to West Bloomfield in Michigan where he matriculated from West Bloomfield High School. Justin then studied filmmaking and theatre at Tisch School of Art of the New York University.
While still learning, Bartha`s career began, as he served as production assistant on the film “Analyze This”, featuring Robert De Niro and Lisa Kudrow. A year before, Justin had an uncredited role in the film “54”, but then managed to land the role of Brian in the film “Gigli” in 2003, which marked the beginning of his acting career. In 2004 came his breakout role of Riley Poole in the film “National Treasure”, starring Nicolas Cage and Diane Kruger; he repeated the role in the sequel “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” (2007). In 2005 he appeared in the film “Trust the Man”, starring David Duchovny and Julianne Moore, while a year later Justin appeared in the comedy film “Failure to Launch”, starring Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker. In 2009, he was selected for the role of Doug in “The Hangover”, and repeated his role in sequels “The Hangover Part II” (2011), and “The Hangover Part III” in 2013. Since 2010, Justin`s career has gone only upwards, and so has his net worth; in 2010 he starred with Jesse Eisenberg in “Holly Rollers”, and a year later appeared in “Dark Horse”, which only increased his net worth. In 2012 he was selected for the role of David Sawyer in “The New Normal” (2012-2013), and in 2013 he appeared in “Brahmin Bulls”, featuring one of the most successful actors of the Bollywood scene Roshan Seth. Also in 2013, Justin featured in “CBGB”, alongside Alan Rickman and Malin Akerman, and most recently, Justin has been involved in several successful projects, including films “White Girl” (2016), “Sticky Notes” (2016), and TV series “Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life” (2016), with another film – “Headlock” – which is yet to be released.
Apart from acting, Justin has also tried himself as a director and producer; he wrote, directed and produced the short film “Highs and Lows” in 2003. His next venture was the film “Jusqu’à toi” (2009), serving as executive producer, and in 2013 he produced the film “Here Comes the Night”, all of which added to his net worth as well.
Regarding his personal life, his wife is Lia Smith; the couple has been married since 2014, and they have a daughter together.

1 | I did theater a lot when I was a kid. Then I went to acting school in New York. I did a lot of behind the scenes in college. I wanted to learn while I had the time. I studied theatre and film in different capacities. |
2 | Mia Farrow was the person I was really excited about getting to know, because Woody Allen is one of my heroes and, just by proxy, I was a huge fan of hers. |
3 | When I first started acting in movies - as probably a lot of naive young actors do - I made a list of directors that I wanted to work with and sent it to my agent at the time. |
4 | I love watching old movies, reading and having some good meals. I have a very close group of friends and family. I try to spend time with the ones that I love and work as hard as possible. |
5 | For me, I've always wanted to do theater, so I gravitate toward it. |
6 | I do have rituals. I'm a fairly superstitious person. |
7 | I have never actually watched Glee (2009). I have heard it is just fantastic. |
8 | I have yet to meet a person whose favorite movie is Gigli (2003), but I hope to meet them one day and give them a hug. |
9 | It is good to get an all round experience especially when you have never been on a movie set. |
10 | It's always nice to have people love the things that you do. |
11 | It's not often as an actor you get to be involved with a project that seems to be on the right side of history. |
12 | When you're talking about pure form, theater is a wonderful outlet. |
13 | Everyone loves the seventies because that's when movies were character-based, and you saw great characters and you saw very interesting filmmaking. There are interesting movies being made now, but it's harder and harder to make them. |
